A Bulk Livestock Feed / Poultry Food Transport Vehicle is a specialized vehicle designed for transporting powdered or granular bulk feed. It achieves automatic loading and unloading through tanks and screw conveyor systems, and can transport multiple types of feed simultaneously through the sorting function. Transporting feed by bulk transport vehicles not only saves labor but also has lower costs compared to packaging it in bags.
The feed tank is mounted on the truck chassis, with a feed inlet on the top and three screw conveyors for unloading. The top screw conveyor can rotate and lift freely, with a lifting angle of up to 60°. During transportation, the spiral tube lies flat on the tank, and when unloading, it connects to the feeding door of the storage tank.
Automated loading and unloading greatly improves production efficiency.
